Thorough and Compassionate Work

Earlier this month I experienced almost 4ft of flooding in my basement. We were already working on draining the water when we called because the entire water heater had lifted and ripped from the pipes as the water went down. The plumber JM was patient, polite and knowledgeable. We were running a hose out to the street but were shy by a few inches and he fixed a piece of piping at the end unprompted. Very appreciative of his thorough and compassionate work. For anyone wanting to know the general cost of an assessment, my bill was 92$ for 1.5 hours and a 25$ truck charge. A few extra dollars went to replacing the pipes for the water heater. This is just to give you an idea of what to expect because you'll be charged differently if your situation requires more work. For me, it was a matter of unclogging a drain in the basement and learning my sump was powered by a light switch I had turned off. He spent a few minutes putting the new pipes in so that NB power could install a new water heater.
